Too hard to not buy

Just sold my suncor shares for a large large gain this past friday. I'm really super tempted to add to my existing large MRT. UN position. It's just too cheap .

Other canadian REITs mostly have another 20% upside to close the gap to NAV, but this one.......7 times pandemic AFFO, seriously.......

I can feel the pain is not over in terms of impairment but the price is so right ...lol
