Like honestly?? I was buying MR.UN at 3 bucks and in fact even 2.80, it has consistently recovered with dividend bumps now to 7.60. Lots of buybacks from company, this dung beetle is about 30 cents higher than the 52 week low, everything getting back to normal, no support from the company, nothing but dividend cuts, tons of shorts, this sh1tpile is literally 2 bucks lower than its 52 week high with a sh1t dividend for a reit. It is STILL over $7 down from pre BS level, that's down more than the damn thing is even trading for????

I believe this has all the bad news baked in and all it will take is a bump to the payout and we are off. If you don't need the capital invested here, just let it ride.

I do agree with you flamingo, just frustrating as hell to watch everything continue to recover and this just laying 2 cent eggs up and down. Now somehow moved half the daily volume in 15 minutes this morning but of course no news.
