Debentures - MRT.DB.A

Very high trading volume of the Morguard REIT debentures in the last 5 sessions. Not sure what to make of it. At April 15, 2022 there were 2.15 million shares and 120,000 debentures short.

DBRS has downgraded (MRC) Morguard's issuer and senior unsecured debentures ratings to BB (high) with a stable trend from BBB (low) with a negative trend.
