We will see tomorrow in the Conference Call why the NOI has slightly declined

Yes, good results reflecting a foundation for post-covid recovery. The property operating expenses were higher this Q by $1.74 million due to additional repairs and maintenance items bringing down NOI. The stage is set for a distribution increase.
