That was some due diligence that knocked the original indicated bid price from $1.95 to $1.65 - and had the Board endorse it.

When you say "funds" I hope that you mean Exchange Traded Funds rather than mutual funds. ETFs are tradable all day whereas the price for a mutual fund is set daily after the market closes.  ...more

While anything's possible, to hang on hoping that there will be a better offer is not a very good investment strategy. The release specifically states that the offer is "financially fair" ...more

If you sell now you may get $1.61 in mkt...if you wait till buyout closes you get $1.65, or 2.5% more over say 4 months to close deal or 7.5% annualized return.....if you have better use for the money ...more
