Thanks for your comments on this and I think you have offered some great insight. In my "going in" valuation for Maxim, I personally valued this at zero; however, at the time I believed the "option" had an upside between $0.50 and $0.75 but also considered the probability of success to be less than 10%. Vallory is a micro-cap company on the ASX so let's see what happens ...more
