Summit Coal / Valory - AER Tracking

Hi folks,

Seemingly we will find out relatively soon is Summit Coal is worth some money to Maxim.

As per the April 29th response from the AER, they are requesting additional information regarding the wildlife and water management plan. The deadline for them to respond is next week.

Nobody pricing in the Value of The coal assets...I think Valory is contemplating a public listing. Awaiting Q1 results.

Agreed, no value of the Coal assets being priced. I am keeping an eye on the AER filings. Valory indicated in the video they would either do a private placement or a public listing. I would imagine that this is dependent on getting the AER approvals in place. I am expecting some big things from Maxim over the next few quarters. LR
