For those who are following the Summit Coal saga, Summit's lawyers filed a letter/complaint saying that the AER has all the information that it needs and should provide a permit immediately.

I forgot to mention that Valory is on the clock to get this approved as their call option to purchase this expires in February 2025. It is of course possible that they could extend the call option agreement.
