We have no details on the poison pill.  Dan has mentioned it casually but we don't know the specifics.  For sure there is a path to a sale of Nano One and One Pot.

Thanks for checking in. Yes I'm good but remain concerned that, as you put it, this stock feels like a ticking time bomb.  Nobody wants to be around C4 explosives when they detonate.  That's how people get hurt and suffer permanent losses.  Let's all pray that this stock does not implode before we all have had a chance to unload it to a safe location where it can be
