I don't see any problem as long as arsenic is removed from
Discharge ,and its done when salmon aren't in the stream.If Usa doesn't mine it will happen somewhere else

Along with a host of other metals/parameters and chemicals including, but not limited to Hg, Pb, Zn, Fe, Se, Cu, Ag, pH, nitrates, as tested through WET testing. The point being, the proponent has yet to identify all wastewater treatment sources, volumes and costs such as in a Feasibility Study. Water treatment and discharge in perpetuity. Billions of gallons. $$$$$ for ever.
