OT - Rare Earths junior on sale

Aclara (ARA) has some big-name backers who bot a bunch more in a private placement last week at 70 cents. 

On sale today at 45.5 cents. I couldn't resist. It's either a heck of a deal or I'm seriously uninformed.

I have to believe that when tariff wars commence in about 3 weeks that rare earths could be in the spotlight, again.
