Maybe you never read the fine print?... "The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to reduce the outstanding balance under its senior credit facilities. Reduced borrowings under its senior credit facilities, together with certain amendments to those facilities as described below, will provide NFI with greater flexibility to navigate the ongoing global supply chain

sunshine7...as for the SP..I would think at least a dip back to the issue price of 24.55.

I think it will $24 or even lower.

agreed...will possibly dip below $24 as movements in this stock often gets amplified by low volumes (maybe won't be the case tomorrow)..another reason the BANKsters and flashboys not involved in this bought deal are feeling just a bit burned plus whats the saying go long on the debs, short the stock?? For NFI it was a good time to strike between the annoucements on the passing of the US

On the sidelines myself (never decided to purchase but on the watchlist). The infrastructure news is good in the mid-term orders can have multi-year schedules. From my reading of the press release NFI is issuing convertible shares and equity to pay of some of their credit facility, which will have several restrictive covenants modified.
