Offering is expected to close on or about December 2, 2021..

I like what they are doing for the balance sheet and the share offering is minimally dilutive. Pipeline continues to fill up. However, the share price has dropped substantially below the offering (not unusual) of $24.55.

Any comments on why this happens. Do players manage the price until closure and for what benefit? What do we expect after closure? Ant expert opinions welcome. Pumpers not so much.

Market movers playing games mostly.  Shaking the tree looking for loose hanging fruit .. aka panic sellers I ignore the noise here while we try and establish a floor.  Risk/reward for them is based on algorithms and profit.  Selling volume will dry up and the stock will have no choice but to head back up What you're seeing right now is not about NFI the company, it's ...more

This time of year is always an interesting trade. wouldnt be surprised to see the tree get a good shakin by year end. Still have half a position to deploy on weakness.
