Stock sold off %18 because of concerns of a possible  capital raise which would dilute the share holders. What else is new. I bought a 100 shares today. I will trend follow. Looks really bad. I followed LEV Lion electric and it's down to around $4 a share but I never bought. . Any serious market correction and these kinds stocks get really hurt. I think this company is fantastic. It probably reaches into the 5's eventually on major dilution to existing shareholders. Hopefully the federal government doesn't acknowledge their their corporate welfare request.  I will patiently wait to see what happens.

Lets see how this plays out since there are financial problems here that need to get resolved by the market. it won't be pretty for existing shareholders unfortunately.
