Seen this before.

I've seen this type of price drop before after such an announcement.  Gevo is a good example. I wouldn't be surprised if the share price would go further down from here - like by another 5-10% - before it starts crawling up again once the offering has closed.

I had been sitting on the side watching this and it looks like this could be a really good buying opportunity soon.
