Oby Rare Earth new Board of Directors

So the 100 ordinary shares issued when Oby Rare Earth Pty Ltd was created had a paid up value of $100, so I am not sure where the $350,000 value of returned paid up capital is going to come from.

In any event, the named directors are:

 Name:                      MICHAEL ANTHONY ETHERIDGE 6EHKA6244
Address:                  70 Curtis Road,  BALMAIN NSW 2041
 Born:                        13/07/1946, CHELTENHAM, UNITED KINGDOM
 Appointment date:    31/10/2024

 Name:                       IVAN HOWARD NURICK 6EHKA6244
Address:                   26 Raglan Street,  MALABAR NSW 2036
 Born:                        10/03/1948, JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA
 Appointment date:    31/10/2024

So a 78 year old expat Brit and a 76 year old expat South African resident in New South Wales have been appointed, I assume as local nominees selected by Mr. Veloso. How are they compensated? Do Verde shareholders carry these start up costs?

How is the Australian domiciled corporation going to conduct business in Brazil, totally disconnected from Verde?

Just asking.
