Capable of Paying a Dividend

Either last Fall or early Spring on BNN the CEO did mention possibility of having a Dividend in place by or in 2024.

It looks like they have about 100 million a quarter after capex to play with.  If they paid out 50 milion a quarter on a float on 210 million shares, that is just a little under $1 dollar per share per year.   Maybe NVA should buyback 10 million more share so the float is 200 million shares, and they they can give out one dollar a year in dividends, half their cash generated just ...more

Free cash flow was 13%. Dry gas producers can't do that right now. Plus due to their advantageous marketing and minimal hedging, they retain excellent upside on NG. I sort of like the current strategy. For illustrative purposes, build it up 110,000 $600MM annual FCF, bring share count down to 150MM, pay $4 annual dividend.
