While I partially subscribe to Libertarian thought, monopolistic private enterprise in utilities is not compatible with Liberty.  Consumers need choices among suppliers of information to give value to many of our constitutional rights. It seems to me the YouTube problem developed with permission from our culture. Today’s consumers have ignored the responsibility not to support this aggressive behavior with their money and elections. Don’t repress your Libertarian ideals and you may find a better solution than more government.

Not really. I don't know the event in history that a society failed because it was less authoritarian. That is why Liberty is my goal.

Well ValuePro since there has never been a true democratic government in the world perhaps you presume too much. First Democracy was in Greece in Athens yet Spartans and  others were not allowed to vote. ( oh yeah and slaves ).

This discussion about censorship on the internet is an interesting one as well.   Being blocked on YouTube or Twitter is not really the same as being kicked off the web or censored.  It's simply being removed from these sites.  Not much different than being banned from CNN is not like being banned from the news itself.
