If a coss trade....then why bother (other than to rebalance between two different accounts). And, Tax time is over. Such large moves bring into question possible upcoming NR's or other "unknowns" that somebody already has the upper hand on.

@Tradeahead 1yr RSI for SILJ is at 25 and for GDXJ 30, signals very oversold conditions. That is like the levels 10 days before the march 2020 low.
