Debt

Most recent video had Mike say they plan to retire their debt by year end.  Aren't they closing on the sale of the 2nd tranche of NFG shares this week? Looks like ES may be looking to back out.

Well on the recent video from last week MS now had a value of $40M on investments and said they were looking at retiring the debt by year end as oppose to this month which was expected as they are set to close the 2nd tranch Friday and the funds must go to pay the Sprott inc debt. So why mention by year end if you're a week away from paying it off from the sale if you're confident. It' ...more

It struck me as kind of an off-hand comment, and it may be. You would think the normal way to handle it would be for the funds to be handled on a statement of adjustments as the money is going from ...more
