Excluding Covid, we are back to June 2015 levels. It will take half a decade to regain past highs even if management does things right.

Comparing this to TNT is totally off base IMO. An attempt to buy cheaper units? Not only are the assets much different. The occupancy will be easier to maintain with the ~ 15 year average lease term. The recent debenture issue shows that they can access capital during a tough period. The payout ratio has always been high and manageable. I agree with DD.  They need to fix their high floating debt and reduce leverage.  This is the asset class you want to own while REITS are out of favor, surprised more office REIT money isnt going into this.....will go fast if PDL delivers
