FAKE OR REAL RALLY

Still no idea why this went up Friday.  Nothing material with bad affo in 2024 projected.  We'll see if it can get back to 5 with the trading range of 4 to 5 ish

Yeah with AFFO payout ratio at 100% and delayed rate decreases this is likely a fake rally

It went up my guess bc bargain hunting in REIT's is happening now.. AI/Semi's/tech are getting exhausted and money is flowing into formerly unloved bargains that have been tossed by the wayside for the past 2 years while tech kept making new highs.. think about it in terms of flows. It doesn't really matter, objectively what ER said. It's more about what it didn't say if ...more
