Baby Step

First meaningful baby step in upward share price coming in September, followed by many more steps as the Fed slowly but regularly cuts the interest rates. Hoping it turns out to be worth the wait.

not necessarily if debt renewal at higher rates continues to bite into AFFO.  I know it will be 0.09 quarterly for NWH this year but what happens as more debt  comes due? They dont have a good balance sheet and as such for NWH they need to divest the REIT, hence the strategic review

Some positive news might help this share price continue its slow climb up. This morning Bloombers's Joe Wesenthal in"Five Things to Start Your Day " stated-- The big macro news yesterday was Goldman Sachs top economist Jan Hatzius declaring that the economic data in the US justifies a rate cut at the Fed's decision at the end of July.
