Another Point about this reit like all dogged reits ... people will be rather to sell this all the way up..., very common with dogs .....

Investors are so glad to get some of their money back ( when it was even lower ) and they sell even at a loss... ( super common....)
I can relate to this very well, but after many many years of doing this, I have learned to hang on when I believe in the stock... patience is basically how you make money..
