2M volume today - it seems that lots of shares were changed hands these days. The next Q3 earning after the strategic review with UK assets sale should give us more clear picture if this REIT is really under value for investment with interest rate cut tailwind...

Is it true that for every share SOLD there is a BUYER ? We were told/taught that way back in the 90's when we first started direct Investing for ourselves. Looks good here IF that is the case..IMO ( who was the buyer? )
