Good to see more acquisitions announced, unfortunate that management did not refinance properties sooner at a lower rate to finance pending acquisitions. Might be a cheaper price to buy the property than it could have been last year but I am not a fan of the dilution at a 20%+ discount to the last share sale. Will be nice to see if and what price non-prime (Toronto, Montreal, London ...more
