Foreign investment.

Came across a Sedar filing dated Jan 16, 2023.
 
Dutch investment company PGGM Vermogensbeheer B.V. bought an additional 800000 units of NXR.UN. They now own 6001689 units representing 8.92% of the outstanding units.

Sunnyboy: Now that the SMU.un acquisition deal is closing (today) ... I would not be at all surprised to see NXR.un being targeted as the next take-over target in the Industrial REIT sector. Cheers!
