10%+ Holder Buying

He just recently added to his position by spending another ~$400K on units. He undoubtedly sees something positive and is acting accordingly. Tax loss selling has kept this down lately but once over, this should improve given the massive discount to NAV/u.

That holder is also an industrial real estate specialist in the London, Ontario. Now at $3.5 million cash this year of publicly bought units in addition to the 25% he owns thru unit trades by selling Nexus properties of his own. Very bullish in my view.
