Fact...Loukas joined OBE as interim ceo on dec 5th 2019 when OBE was 90 cents.
Today it 7.92 after a big pullback in wti.

Why are you blamig him for things when he wasnt ceo?

This was a 10 bagger for alot of people.

You really are not very bright. 10 bagger? Loukas did a reverse 1-7 split. i suggest you look up what a reverse split is. This stock right now  is worth about .83 US presplit. Obe is a penny stock. As of today Loukas has orchestrated reverse shareholder value since he has been CEO. You should not be investing. The CEO is like the quarterback of a football team. He is the leader.
