Just laying over and dying. 

52 Week Low on a big bounce back day for the sector. 

Down 40% since April. 

Heavy selling on any bounce. 

Market begging for a strategy shift.

Todays press release should help stop pelting. obe price should stgthen in short term as long as heavy oil stays above 48-50 usd. shutting down cardium drilling is a good thing right now considering price circumstance of ng.
