Very undervalued.

I just compared this company to some other similar companies and I found that It's very undervalued and way oversold. Here are some numbers:
Book value: 21.19
P/E: 5.3
P/S: 0.8
P/cash flow: 1.7
Also, according to Yahoo finance,  insiders hold 
2.7% and institutions hold 25.66%
I'm surprised people are selling at these prices.
