Recent CMO promotion/ announcement
Today's announcement of chief medical officer, is great news.
It is clear indication of another cog in the wheel, set to align for phase 3 trial.
My opinion , one of a few subtle mangement changes underway , pre partnership announcement.
Grest, indicator!

Why? Because ONCY must be anticipating a partnership announcement soon in advance of the start of the Phase 3 breast cancer study.

Once again Ksw, a well thought out post & I'm in complete agreement. Can't wait to wake up to news of a $15b buyout.

kswdelux - further to your comments Matt once commented at the start of Bracelet-1 that its partner Pfizer asked that the Bracelet-1 data not be revealed until some undisclosed time which can now be interpreted as in either Q1 or Q2 2022 or at an acquirer's discretion, whichever comes first.

I also recall that Matt stated that it was Pfizer who directed ONCY to PrECOG for the implementation and management of the Phase 2 Bracelet-1 study. https://www.precogllc.org/about

Yes, and it was the same for AWARE-1 with Roche, and it still sounds like we have not seen the final final AWARE-1 yet. Roche's agreement said ONC could not relrease final results until approved by Roche. So not sure what is up there still.

I have great hopes for a Roche buyout (it seems most logical), but I'm a bit concerned about the Novartis payout - this will certainly constrain Roche's ability to pay for bolt-on acquisitions such as ONC. However, it's still a possibility and there are other suitors.

Just asking and sorry I missed it but could you please direct me to the agreement that states onc cannot release final results until approved by Roche....there has been so many misdirections on the board stating many different times that we have had the final results and thus now the contradiction.
