No Poison pill for ONCY?

The statement was made that there is no poison pill protecting from a hostile takeover. In the back of my mind, I thoought I had read something to the contrary. Does anyone know, based on SEDAR or other sources, if it is true that ONCY does or does NOT have a poison pill strategy?

Of course, in a competitive context such as we beielve we are in, other market players are the antidote to a low ball hostile takeover. Other bids would be forthcoming, based on our results.

I asked.the company years ago about a poison pill and was told they do not have one a d would be contrary to negotiations. This was years ago though but anything I have read on sedar does not show a poison pill that I am aware of. On a side note, today sure does not look like a company that is knowingly in negotiations. Ok.....instead of b itchin and moanin about his math, why don’t you give us your rundown on the prospective future sales of Pela and how you relate that estimate to what the buyout price should be.

Matt  Coffee repeated several times in that interview that he doesn’t think Pela will be evolutionary....it will be REVOLUTIONARY........I think Notable’s estimate of a $10 Billion buyout offer could prove to be extremely conservative.

Two long time holders/posters are frustrated.... You have no lost anything until you sell. You seem worried because the world does not see the company and its prospects like we do. The results to date are not in dispute. Those results alone say we are worth a lot more than the current share price. They are still getting as time goes by. The day to day price does not matter except as an overall

I don't know if you are referring to myself as a frustrated investor because I'm not. I'm overweight invested, but Onc is certainly not a make or break situation for me. I don't lose sleep over it. I don't think my ROI will be anywhere near as impressive as I once believed, but life goes on.

@westcoast1000. I am reasonably certain there is something in place. I am not concerned as I am focussing on this attempt at shaking shares lose. Us shareholders have to understand we are in the midst of a game not unlike Survivor. There is very likely a large sum of money to be had at the end.
