OSP Excuses???

In summer 2020, ORV said that COVID had again DELAYED the OSP.  So the new target for commrecial production???

"the OSP is expected to require approximately twelve months of development to start commercial production late in 2021."

OOooopssss, we changed are mind........AGAIN..............but dont worry, we wont explain or take ownership: The Oxides Stockpile Project quality assurance (metallurgical) testing continues and a decision on the project is expected by the end of fiscal year 2021.

Unless there is some truth to the magical back door many have alluded to, I see no reason for the existing controllin shareholders to sell this puppy  for $1.50 a share In my opinion, I find it hard to believe they are happy with managements failures to meet even their own objectives as laid out year after year in news release..........................unless .....?????? all imho
