Pace -spyglass assets
If you like the assets that they own, check out petroforte (Pfi.v). They just purchased the Flood assets which sit between the Storm grimshaw pool , and the pace Dixonville assets from a receiver

junkhells, pbn bnp and others are operating with a net income for the last four years... their general/admin/selling is about 10% of revenues.... pce has lost 200 millions dollars in the last 4

It's just horrrific to see investors scuttle this deal over dept concerns. Other high dept companys are racing higher like Pgf Pmt Pbn Enerplus. Why lose when you can win.

just as the sign agreements between the companies for the arrangements was amended 3 weeks ago so can the agreements with management in regards to their buyouts following a merger.... as long as we do
