We knew it would be close - looks like they have greater than 50% but not the required 2/3rds

Looks like the nays have it, or at least >33.3% of the vote, enough to scuttle the deal, and management desperately wants that well deserved (LOL) severance package, so they need to drum up some support amongst those who have not voted or changes from against to in favour for some who voted no. They had no choice but to postpone, and will have trouble finding votes, especially given the Glass

Will    they  postpone  again  on   the  26th  when  they  still  don't  have  the  required  vote ?  The  lawyers , accountants , transfer agents , proxy  solicitors will  love ($$$$)  this.

Why is there a bump in the Charger stock price (5%)?  would have expected the opposite with this news
