How about the decline in the price of oil or pre earnings jitters for an answer.

I do wonder if PD will ask shareholders approval to split the stock. Then again, their are lots of $100+ stocks in the market. We should always buy in 100 or 1000 lots but for some retailers that my be difficult. We will see.
