Dividend distributions nearly destroyed the company. They should not raise the dividend until they have a proven track record of reducing their debt. A lot of talking from DG but not much has been acted upon. Same as the normal course issuer bid announced two years ago. Shares have traded down to below a buck and not a single share was bought. A lot of talking on these topics and no action ...more
