Upcoming dividend pay...
While PEY struggles to stay above $14 a share. Does anyone see a downturn in shares after the pay date? It's A pattern that I've noticed shortly after pay day most times.
Scotia Bank, btw, has a price target of $23! I don't take price targets to heart, but in the case, I sure hope they come out winning with that target.

You should always expect the valuation of a company to be reduced by the amount of the dividend payment. The reduction in the share price makes no difference to an existing shareholder since it is offset by the cash dividend received.
