New Term

So if I am reading the Release correctly Class A will begin monthly distributions in November but what will the Divy be!

All it says is attractive distribution,,, it currently pays 0.06773 per month, but it will depend on the number of preferred shares that are redeemed by Oct 17th I suppose.

Depending on how many preferred shares are retracted under the Special Retraction Right, the Fund may have to consolidate the class A shares to ensure an equal number of class A shares and preferred shares remain outstanding.(hoping a consolidation won't be too significant)
