for a longer term hold considering the almost guaranteed 0.96 annual distribution for the next 7 years. Of course there will be trading opportunities along the way but the 0.96 payout per year helps with the volatility at times. There may be another buying opportunity post consolidation as well, to add a few more to the position. imho

I have lightened up recently but will be looking to add more again if there is a post consolidation dip.
