Favorable market response

It took a couple of days, but the market seems happy with the latest quarterly. Geopolitical tensions aside, I think this is a compelling investment with plenty of growth potential, and currently trading well below book value.

I haven't listened to the conference call yet, but I'm assuming they are in a position to announce another project soon.

I'm also curious whether anyone has heard managment state whether they are focused exclusively on electricity production, or would they would entertain the idea of something like Renewable Natural Gas. I once asked the CEO if biomass was a possibility, and he said it was, but he may have been thinking of it in terms of electrical generation from biomass. I note that there is a lot of industry interest in producing  RNG from sugar cane in Brazil, so it would be geographically within PIF's scope.
If nobody here has heard managment's view on RNG, perhaps I'll try to look into it.

I would stick to electric production, it's more stable and predictable.

Agreed. By the way, if anyone feels Polaris management is incompetent or unclear in their conference calls, give a listen to GRN (greenlane renewables) latest quarterly call...for comparison.
