Status quo
Not surprisingly, the last quarter saw no real inflection points. The initiatives to expand existing facilities appear to be in process, but, until complete, they are meaningless to shareholders. Even when complete, any earnings gains will be modest.
the real mover will be the announcement of a sizable 'new' project or acquisition. I'm not in a panic, but it is disconcerting to see how long these promised new project announcements are taking.
Meanwhile, the geothermal situation in Nicaragua seems a little more confusing to me following most recent management discussion. I'll have to go back and reread the transcript to see if I can get a comfort level. anyone else find the Nicaragua discussion murky/more complex than previously?
