weird

Its sort of rediculous , all the oil producers scrambling to find and book space on all the pipelines and our stock goes down. Crazy couple of days, i am sure this will wake up very shortly.

Many pipeline's sp are underwater since the March sell off - so lots of tax loss selling pressure this December.

PPL is a bargain at this price. P/E ratio is below 20 and yield of 8% for the divvy is awesome. That divvy isn't going anywhere either. As you said, all of these pipelines are below their pre-covid share price levels so there is going to be some tax loss selling this week, but PPL is just too hard to resist right now. I would use SP/DCF or SP/EBITDA to rank PPL, PE is misleading as E is highly sensitive to capital writedowns or which pipelineco's have lots. See PPL and ENB and KEY etc presnetations.
