NAFTA

At this share price it would seem almost everyone has written off the claim under NAFTA for the stranded assets. Probably management too as they never comment on progress or lack of progress. From a previous post I understand that the appointed adjudicator has died.

I feel more hopeful on this secretive process now that TransCanada encouraged by Alberta and presumably the feds are likely to undergo the same process, thereby shining the spotlight on this mechanism which if it settles in PPR's favour would be a game changer.

I agree with you. It feels like everyone has written the NAFTA claim off. But with oil a disaster last year  - covid stalling things and a sick then deceased abritrator... we realistically need to hang in there.  The NAFTA claim should be in favour of PPR. It would be beyond cruel and unjust if they drag this out past 2021.  (it already is ridiculous) I really don't think ...more
