I interprete this as positive progress :)  my guess: positive looking financials should come out this month and a ruling on NAFTA over the summer = happiness. I am really looking forward to this multi-year saga to end. ****I would really like an update from the company.....   *****

would love to get back above .80 that we were at a few years ago. With any kind of NAFTA settlement we have some good land to develop.
