Does not provide encouragement for contents of today's financial report due out soon.  My hopes are fading.  Hope someone is wrong.

Wester Canadian select is up $3.42 Canadian Crude index up $1.42 Ppr should go back to .07 markets are turning back positive today I loaded more !!
