Re NAFTA case
Curious last paragraph on fianacial report.
Contingencies
PPR is involved in litigation and claims arising in the normal course of operations. Such claims are not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s results of operations or cash flows.

yes, if they lose then there won't be a big bill. If they win the debt will go down. So cash flow not expected to be impacted. Debt goes down - valuation goes up. Irrespective, the company should not know the results of the NAFTA claim at this time. I am really happy the asks are holding strong today.

If they win, and are only awarded $50 million, it's still $50 million in cash flow. How they use the cash is just another book keeping entry. Pay down debt, more capital spending, whatever the choice. The statement make it look as if they do not think they will get anything out of the litigation.

Let us be more optimistic and confident, and not only PPR will be rewarded and so investors as well. Take a look at the 1y chart and you'll see that 5c is a pivot point. Thanks Fibonacci, you have already awarded us wiyh your numbers!
