 ISS recommended, "Director stock ownership guidelines of a minimum of three times annual cash retainer"; McDonald is far behind it. But, he had taken a small step in that direction.    Ideally, the management, especially the board members, buy as many shares as possible to align their interests with the company.   Integrity is the cornerstone of value ...more
