with the Oil market this is easily a 0.25-0.30 right now that is why this is heading back up. With brent crude and WTI in high 70's every oil company in Canada is making money

Gave up trying to figure out when decision will be made.  This has been screwed up and mishandled for so long it is scandalous.  Don hold your breath.
